Effective date: May 31, 2026. These terms govern waitlist submissions and future use of AI Opportunity Validation Team software.
1. Product
AI Opportunity Validation Team is a planned self-serve software workspace for early-stage business opportunity validation. The product is intended to help users organize market signals, score opportunities, draft validation assets, classify replies, and export evidence reports. Users operate the software directly.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account and waitlist information, lawful use of submitted data, and review of any software-generated drafts before using them. You may not use the product for prohibited, regulated, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful products or activities.
3. Payments
Payments are not currently open. If paid access launches, Paddle may process payments as merchant of record for software subscriptions or digital product access only. Prices, taxes, invoices, and payment methods will be displayed at checkout before purchase.
4. Beta Access and Timing
Beta access timing depends on product readiness, waitlist priority, and compliance review. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or availability by a specific date.
5. Intellectual Property
You may use software-generated reports and exports for your internal business decision-making. We retain ownership of our software, templates, workflows, and reusable know-how.
6. Disclaimers
Validation findings are decision-support materials, not guarantees of revenue, investment, product-market fit, or business success. You remain responsible for final business decisions.
