Refund Policy
Effective date: May 31, 2026. This policy applies to future purchases of AI Opportunity Validation Team software access. Payments are not currently open.
1. Before Paid Access Opens
The current site collects waitlist interest only, so there are no live charges to refund. If paid software access opens later, refund terms will be shown before checkout.
2. Software Subscriptions
Future subscription fees, if enabled, will be billed according to the software plan shown at checkout. You may request cancellation for future periods according to the terms shown at purchase.
3. Access Issues
If paid software access is materially unavailable or does not match the checkout description, contact us within 7 days. We may offer correction, account credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit the online inquiry form with your order email, Paddle receipt or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
5. Abuse and Exceptions
We may decline refund requests involving misuse, fraud, repeated abuse, or violations of our terms. Consumer rights that cannot be waived by law remain unaffected.
